Returns, Refunds & Repairs

  • We really hope you enjoy your piece of John Green furniture, however if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your goods. You have 14 days, from the date of receipt, to return your items to us. All returns are at the customers' own expense. We advise that you use an insured, signed for delivery service.Items must be returned in 'perfect sellable condition’. Complete with the original packaging and product tags.We cannot offer returns on bespoke and made to order items unless they are arrive faulty or damaged, in which case we will repair or replace your items.If you have questions regarding a return, please contact us.

  • If you request a refund which is approved we will credit the cost of your item to the original purchaser’s credit or debit card, excluding delivery costs, within 7 working days.

  • We make every effort to pack and deliver your items to you in perfect condition. Should your product not arrive in perfect condition please contact us within 48 hours with a photograph of the item and a member of the team will advise on the best solution including return or repair options.

  • We want our designs to last for many generations and to prevent customers from throwing away fully functional furniture, just because of damage to the wood or upholstery.
